 To provide you with top quality service for your exterior painting project we will:

1. We will remove all screens, downspouts and shutters.
2. We will pressure wash your house completely to clean all mildew, and dirt. This will clean your house, as well as show us where the peeling paint and rotting wood are located.
3. We will replace any rotten wood, if needed. We use new wood that is completely primed, prior to installation.
4. We will scrape off all peeling paint and then sand all of the paint edges. We then spot prime raw wood with an exterior oil primer. This will help lock down original paint and seal bare wood.
5. The caulking stage is probably the most important part of the entire process. As part of our service, we caulk the entire house completely. This insures that no moisture will penetrate beyond the wood surface. We will also fill any nail holes which will include the siding.
6. If your windows have any glazing, we will check all glazing and repair them accordingly.
7. After we have thoroughly prepared the house we apply the paint. There are different ways to apply paint depending on the type of surface that the paint is being applied to. About 90% of the time we apply the paint with a brush. Brushing is generally better because the paint is actually pushed into the surface which makes sure that all surfaces are sealed completely.  However, if our customer specially requests it we can also apply paint with a sprayer.
8. During the painting procedure we will use drop cloths where needed to maintain a clean job. Upon completion, we ensure that the job site is cleaned thoroughly. Any remaining paint will be left with the homeowner.
